California Inland Region PCA is putting on a Canyon Challenge Drive on August 22, and if you've never done a club drive, the format is simpler than you'd think. There's usually a driver's meeting first, then everyone splits into small groups so you're not stuck in a 30-car conga line, with regroup points along the way to keep things tidy. It's not a race. It's a few hours of good pavement, your car doing what it was built to do, and someone in your mirrors who actually knows how to hold a line.
