Who pcarfolk works with
We list any Porsche-relevant event in the United States. Independent organizers, dealers, clubs, specialist shops, and track day providers all benefit from being on the directory.
Independent organizers
Hosting a one-off or annual event
Idaho Air. Werks Reunion-style regional gatherings. Owner meet-and-greets. Air-cooled rallies. Whatever your event is, if it draws Porsche enthusiasts, we'll list it. We don't charge, don't lock you into anything, and link directly to your registration page so the traffic flows to you.
Example: Idaho Air 2026 (Kelly & Daria Smith, Meridian ID) — drew 200+ air-cooled Porsches. Exactly the kind of event we exist to surface.
Porsche dealers
New-model launches, Cars & Coffee, owner clinics
Your event marketing reaches your existing customer list. Pcarfolk surfaces your events to Porsche owners across the country who are searching for things to attend. Free additional reach for any dealer-hosted event.
Track day providers
PECLA, Chin Motorsports, regional providers
The Porsche-owning HPDE community is the most-engaged segment in our audience. Your track days appear on every per-state and per-circuit page, plus the dedicated Track Days hub. We link directly to your registration system.
Specialist shops & sponsors
Kelly Moss, Singer-style restorers, tuners, dealerships
If you sponsor or host events (open houses, drive days, tech sessions), pcarfolk surfaces them. Your shop gets cross-linked from every event you sponsor or host. The cross-traffic is meaningful.
How the partnership works
Two paths depending on what you need. Both free, both fast.
Single event
Submit one event
One-off events, special editions, anniversary gatherings. Use our submission form, takes about 90 seconds. We'll publish the event with a direct link to your registration.
Submit your event →Recurring calendar
Submit your full calendar URL
If you run a calendar page (your dealer events page, your shop's open-house schedule, your track day provider's season), submit the URL once and we'll scrape it weekly. Set-and-forget.
Submit your calendar URL →The cross-link request
In return for the free listing, we ask that you link to pcarfolk somewhere reasonable on your event site or partner page. Examples that work well:
- A "Find more Porsche events" section on your event page linking to our state hub
- A footer link from your event microsite to
pcarfolk.com - A mention in your post-event recap or social roundup
Not required — your event still gets listed regardless. But the cross-link is what turns a one-time listing into a partnership both sides actually benefit from.
What your event listing gets you
Each event lives on a permanent URL with full SEO and structured data. Search engines, calendar apps, and AI search tools all surface it.
Permanent event detail page
A dedicated URL with full event metadata: name, date, venue, host, description, and a primary CTA back to your registration page. Stays up after the event ends as historical record.
Structured data (Schema.org Event)
Google's event-card SERP feature picks up your event. Voice assistants and AI search tools surface it when users ask about Porsche events near them.
Featured on state, type, and city pages
Your event appears on /porsche-events-{state}, /porsche-{type}, /porsche-events-{city}-{state}, and the homepage if it's upcoming. One submission, multiple discovery surfaces.
iCal subscription feeds
Enthusiasts can subscribe to their state's event feed in Apple/Google Calendar. Your event surfaces on their calendar automatically the moment we list it.
Open Graph image
We auto-generate a per-event social sharing card. When anyone shares your pcarfolk listing, they get a polished card with your event details.
RSS feed inclusion
Power users subscribe to /feed.xml. Your event lands in their reader the day we publish it.
Common questions
Is there any cost to be listed?
No. Pcarfolk is independent and operates as an enthusiast project. We don't charge organizers for listings or sell pay-for-placement. We're not affiliated with Porsche AG, Porsche Cars North America, or PCA.
How long does it take for a submitted event to appear?
Single event submissions appear immediately at /event/{slug} after our review (usually same day). Submitted calendar URLs go through a quick sanity check and are live within a week — included in the next Monday 06:00 UTC scrape pass.
Will pcarfolk replace my registration system?
No. We're a discovery layer. Every event listing has a primary CTA that links straight to your registration page or event site. We don't process registrations, payments, or RSVPs.
Can I customize how my event looks on pcarfolk?
We use a consistent template so the directory feels coherent. The fields you control: name, description, date/time, venue, host, link, and event type. We don't accept custom HTML or branded styling per event right now.
What if my event is not strictly Porsche-only?
If it's a multi-marque event with a meaningful Porsche presence (e.g., a regional Cars & Coffee, a major concours), submit it. We'll list it under the closest matching event type. If it's a non-Porsche event, we won't list it.
Can pcarfolk help promote my event beyond the listing?
Notable events get featured in our weekly social posts and email digests when those exist. We curate, we don't pay-for-placement. If you have a unique event (anniversary year, special guests, charity component), let us know — we may write a dedicated guide or feature post.
