Mid-August in western New York is about as good as it gets for an evening drive, and PCA's picked a Wednesday dinner at the Main Deck in Penn Yan to take advantage of it. The real value here is the drive out — pick a route, leave early, arrive with bugs on the nose. Dinner meetups are the low-key end of club life: no tech inspection, no grid, no helmet, just food and a couple hours of talking about cars with people who actually want to hear it.
