About This Event

Early October in Scottsdale is about when the desert finally becomes livable again, which makes the drive out to Alpio's at Troon worth doing with the windows down. This one's a talk — "From the Cockpit to Formula One," with Ros De Giaxa. Evenings like this tend to go the way the room takes them: a speaker up front, a crowd that actually knows what questions to ask, and conversation that keeps going long after the formal part wraps. You don't need to bring anything special. Just show up curious. Check the official listing for timing and whether they want an RSVP before you point the car north.
