PCA Potomac's running an HPDE at Summit Point on August 21st, and if you've been thinking about getting your Porsche on track, this is a solid opportunity. You'll get instruction, track time, and a chance to actually push it in a controlled environment with people who get why you bought the car in the first place. Summit Point's got some nice flowing sections that'll teach you a lot about how your 911 (or whatever you're bringing) actually handles when you're not worried about traffic. The late summer timing means the weather should cooperate, and the paddock vibe at PCA events is always chill.
