SEM PCA's business meeting in Troy is where the practical stuff gets sorted: calendar talk, volunteer asks, the decisions that shape what next season actually looks like. Sounds dry on paper. It usually isn't, because the people who turn up to these are the same ones organizing the drives and the tech sessions, and you'll pick up more in ten minutes of side conversation than any email blast gives you.
