Late August in Wisconsin means you've still got good driving weather ahead, and that's exactly when a tech session earns its keep. Fox Valley Region is hosting one on the 29th. If you've never sat in on one, the format's refreshingly simple — someone who actually knows these cars gets a Porsche up in the air or a component on the bench, and you get to ask the questions you've been Googling badly for months. Brakes, fluids, suspension setup, whatever's on the docket that day. You leave understanding your own car better, which is worth more than most of what you'll buy for it.
