About This Event
Mid-August in Monterey means the whole peninsula turns into one long Porsche parade, and this is the day Porsche Club of America stakes out Monterey Pines Golf Course for it. Werks Reunion is a car show and concours, so you get rows of cars parked on grass, hoods and decklids up, owners standing next to them happy to explain every decision they made. Bring a hat and comfortable shoes — shows like this are a walking event, and you'll cover more ground than you planned. The good stuff usually happens early, before the sun gets serious.
