About This Event

Late August in New York, which means you're squeezing the good stuff in before the season starts winding down. Zone 1 is putting on an autocross on the 22nd, and if you've never done one, it's the cheapest way to actually learn your car. Cones, a short course, runs measured in seconds, and speeds low enough that a mistake costs you a time penalty instead of bodywork. You'll walk the course beforehand, forget half of it, and figure the rest out with the wheel in your hands. Your daily driver is welcome — most people show up in exactly that.
