PCA's putting on Night at the Races at Watsonville Speedway on August 28th, and the name tells you most of what you need to know. There's something about a track after the sun drops — the light goes orange, then it goes away, and everything sounds bigger than it did at noon. Bring a jacket, because coastal California nights get cooler than you'd plan for in August. This one's listed as a race event, so plan on spectating rather than lapping unless PCA says otherwise.
