About This Event

Number five on the calendar, and early September in Monrovia means you're on the good side of Maryland's summer humidity. PCA Chesapeake Region is running this one at Kemptown Park, and if you've never autocrossed, it's the least expensive way to actually find the limits of a car you drive to work. Cones, a stopwatch, runs measured in seconds instead of lap times. You'll learn more about weight transfer and where your grip goes in a handful of runs than in a whole summer of spirited back-road driving. Tire pressure gauge, a helmet, and a car with nothing loose in the trunk. Registration details and helmet requirements are on the region's official page.
