About This Event

Number six on the Chesapeake Region's autocross calendar lands in mid-September, which is about the best time of year to be standing in a parking lot with a helmet under your arm. Autocross is the cheapest way to actually learn your car — low speeds, tight cone courses, and runs short enough that you're diagnosing your own mistakes minutes after you make them. You'll likely work a course assignment between run groups, which is where a lot of the learning happens anyway. Your daily driver is fine here; no cage, no trailer, no drama. Kemptown Park in Monrovia is the spot. Check the region's page for registration and run order before you commit.
