Late September, and SGVR's board is sitting down to sort out the details that make the rest of the calendar happen. That's what a board meeting is: the drives, the tech sessions, the autocross dates you'll sign up for later all get argued over and pinned down here, usually by a handful of volunteers who'd rather be driving. Not glamorous. Genuinely useful, though, especially if you've ever wondered how a chapter event actually comes together — or thought about pitching one yourself.
